Product Description

Foam Sculpture is a new composite material sculpture with high-density expanded polystyrene (EPS) or polyurethane (PU) foam as the core base material. Through cutting, carving, grinding and surface hardening, it becomes a lightweight three-dimensional artistic form, a new type of composite material sculpture.

It is extremely light for easy transport and installation, highly plastic for complex curved and hollow designs, costs only about 50%-70% of FRP sculpture, and can be produced in a short cycle. Large pieces can be made in sections and assembled on site.

The sculpture is widely used in venue decoration, theme park mascot display, commercial decoration, cultural tourism landscape, stage and exhibition scenes, wedding and event decoration and many other indoor and outdoor places.

CNC precision carving and hand finishing ensure accurate shapes and fine details. Custom size, color and design are all available according to your needs.
