The suitable temperature for fiberglass construction environment is 5-25 ℃, with a relative humidity of no more than 80%. Before fiberglass construction, the ground foundation should be strictly checked for flatness. Construction cannot be carried out until the ground is completely dry. Due to the construction environment being in the basement, ventilation and low-voltage lighting facilities should be installed if necessary.
Surface requirements for fiberglass base layer
The surface of concrete should be sturdy, dense, and smooth, without any phenomena such as sanding, cracking, or cracking. The foundation of the inner wall of the pool and other materials should be coated with concrete in one go, and the internal and external corners should be made into oblique or rounded corners to facilitate the construction of fiberglass reinforced plastic.
Process operation of fiberglass reinforced plastic
1. The container for preparing epoxy resistant resin should be kept clean, dry, and free of oil stains.
2. When preparing rubber materials, the amount of each preparation should be determined according to the amount of work and the number of operators, and should be prepared as needed.
3. Epoxy resin is prepared with alcohol and T31 to achieve curing degree. The procedure is as follows: take a certain amount of epoxy resin in a container, then add T31 curing agent and stir thoroughly. After preparation, use up within 30 minutes.
4. The number of layers of glass cloth coating is three. After the first layer of coating is completed, the second layer of process is carried out, and the construction is carried out sequentially until the surface coating is completed. It can be used once the surface coating is fully cured.
Quality requirements:
1. After the completion of epoxy anti-corrosion fiberglass construction, the surface color is uniform and there are no missing coating bubbles or other phenomena.
2. The surface of the corrosion-resistant layer is smooth and flat, and the height difference of the concave and convex parts of the reinforcement layer shall not exceed 20% of the wall thickness.
Product Protection
1. It is not allowed to conduct strength checks on the anti-corrosion layer to avoid adverse effects on the finished product caused by small holes during testing. But acidic and alkaline substances can be dripped onto the surface for anti-corrosion performance testing.
2. Strictly prevent welding sparks from falling on the surface of the finished product. If there is contact, lining plates or iron plates must be installed as protection.
